~He Who Has An Ear~

Did you know that there is a blessing to those who read the book of Revelation? Not only to the ones reading it, but for those who HEAR it being read also! 

*Rev 1:3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written in it, for the time is at hand.

 I have read it many times, over the years there have been things that I didn't understand, BUT there have always been the letters to the churches starting in Rev. 2:1 through Rev.3:22 that are written in simple to understand English, easier for me to understand.

I have used these letters, over the years, as a guide to what "IS" and what "IS NOT" pleasing in YHVH's (The LORD's) sight. It has helped me tremendously in my walk, and I do feel blessed by it! I have directed many people to read Revelation for themselves, but the answer I usually get is that it is too hard to understand, so why bother! Well~ how about that blessing! Isn't that a good enough reason to read it?

So~ I have decided that I want to post the letters to the churches here on my blog.  Please read and See if you can HEAR what the Ruach HaKodesh(Holy Spirit) is saying to YOU! And if you believe Scripture is true, you will be blessed for reading!

~Church #1~

Revelation 2
1Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

2I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

3And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

4Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.(Question: what do you think is thy first love?)

5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

6But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.(Question: Who are these Nicolatianes that YHVH would HATE them? links below for reference)

7He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. 

So What do you think? Was this "Too Hard" to understand? Did you HEAR what the Spirit is saying?
